Das europaweit anerkannte 4K-Modell (Kollaboration, Kommunikation, kritisches Denken und Probleml\u00f6sung, Kreativit\u00e4t und Innovation) wird im Projekt um die beiden neuen Ks Kulturalit\u00e4t und Kontextkompetenz erg\u00e4nzt. Weiterhin wird dies um die digitale Kompetenz erweitert, die eine bedeutende Rolle in der heutigen Welt sowohl in Bildung als auch im Alltag spielt.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tAz \u00e1tfog\u00f3, a k\u00f6z\u00f6s projektc\u00e9lok\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>A 7K-modell j\u00f6v\u0151kompetenci\u00e1inak fenntarthat\u00f3 elm\u00e9ly\u00edt\u00e9se \u00e9s \u00e1tfog\u00f3 t\u00e1mogat\u00e1sa a k\u00e9pz\u00e9si  rendszerben: A c\u00e9l az, hogy a pedag\u00f3giai szakma \u00e9rz\u00e9kenyebb\u00e9 v\u00e1ljon arra, hogy a projektben t\u00e1rgyalt \u00f6sszes kompetencia a pedag\u00f3giai munka term\u00e9szetes r\u00e9sz\u00e9v\u00e9 v\u00e1ljon.
